I stayed at Common De for my trip to attend a concert at Fukuoka Civic Hall. The location was perfect, with easy access to the subway station and within walking distance to Tenjin for delicious food. The hostel provided slippers, which was a nice touch, and the shower cubicle was spacious. The bed was comfortable and the other guests were considerate, making it a pleasant stay as a solo traveler. The owner was incredibly friendly and helpful, offering recommendations and even calling a taxi for me. a great stay at a great price.

I loved my stay at Common De! the hostel had clean and comfortable beds, a simple lock system, and a helpful English-speaking staff. the wi-fi was also one of the most powerful I've experienced in a hostel in Japan. the location was fantastic, with easy access to the main Hiroshima station and a nearby tram station. the bar had a great atmosphere too. As a tourist, I would be happy to come back again!

The hostel had a huge room with a good layout, offering plenty of space. It was conveniently located, just a 5-10 minute walk from the train station, and there was a convenience store nearby for any essentials you might need. Additionally, the staff was helpful and accommodating, allowing me to leave my luggage after checking out so I could do some last-minute exploring and shopping.

The walls in the hostel were quite thin, making it easy to hear noises from neighboring rooms, especially if they were loud late into the night. Additionally, the front desk was not open 24/7, so it was important to inform them in advance if your flight arrived at an odd time and you wanted to drop off your luggage beforehand.

It was within walking distance to the city center, with three convenience stores and eateries right across the street. the room was designed with a cozy loft feeling, providing a spacious and comfortable bed. the showers were impeccably clean, with thoughtful amenities like a wire basket for personal belongings.

The hostel lacked a guesthouse atmosphere. the bar and common room were always empty, making it difficult to socialize and meet fellow travelers.

The staff provided excellent service and were very helpful throughout our stay. They were always available to answer our questions and provide recommendations. the beds were comfortable and spacious, allowing us to relax and enjoy a good night's sleep. the facilities, including the showers, were clean and well-maintained.

There were a few aspects of our stay that were disappointing. the lack of availability of large lockers to store our bags was inconvenient.

We had a lovely stay at Common De - Hostel & Bar. The location was convenient, just a short walk to the station. We enjoyed meeting fellow travelers in the common space and the bar man was friendly and engaging. We also appreciated the free filtered water provided. Despite a few minor inconveniences, such as the hot room temperature and small lockers, overall we had a pleasant experience. The proximity to nearby attractions like Nakasu Kawabata and Ichiran Ramen was a definite plus. we would recommend this hotel for its welcoming ambiance and convenient location.
